These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of products from Aura Biocare Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us and Our Products

We sell health and wellness supplement products, including our Postbiotic range under the Biokenaf / Aura Biocare brand. Our products are food supplements intended to support general wellbeing. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, diet and other factors.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or product description error, or where we suspect fraud.
• An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us (via the website, email, or WhatsApp). A submitted order does not by itself constitute a binding contract until confirmed by us.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payment through the payment methods shown at checkout (for example online banking / FPX, credit and debit cards, e-wallet, and Cash on Delivery where available).
• Prices, promotions and package offers may change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
• We take reasonable steps to ensure pricing is accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

5. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, bundle prices and discount codes are valid only for the stated period and are subject to their specific terms. They cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery timeframes, return eligibility and refund procedures are set out in our Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Product Information and Testimonials

We take care to describe our products accurately. However, product images, packaging and descriptions are for general guidance and may differ slightly from the item delivered. Customer testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that any person will achieve the same or similar results.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Aura Biocare and Biokenaf brand names, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We may suspend or restrict access to any user who breaches these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
